HO, good heart, good ingredients, good in all directions.
SU, stable, foundation, tempered island’s flavor.
With yearning in our hearts, HOSU walks into the mountains,
treads waves into the sea, floats into the river,
and holds breath into the field.
In the mountains, we walked out of the foggy green stability,
In the ocean, we step out of the indigo breeding,
In the river, we swam out of the green bliss,
In the field, we exhale the joyous songs.
HOSU brings our dream of real practice to the island named “Taiwan” and brings guests to HOSU—a land feast that belongs to "mountains, seas, rivers, and fields.”
When creating an interior space that feels like home and using Local ingredients from Taiwan, we only hold on to one belief when doing every detail of HOSU: "HOME". We break the sense of the supremacy of high-end restaurants and use gentle, relaxing, and experiential elements to recreate the childhood imagination of our future home.
As a result, we create a warm and calming family feeling.
"HOME" sounds simple and easy, but just like the painting "Home in the Mountains" that we hung in the small corridor, the home hidden in the lush forest is not easy to reach, but you will still feel at home when you get it.
