Introducing Lunariver – A New Dessert Atelier from HOSU

Lunariver is a new dessert brand founded by pastry chef Jade, born from the creative spirit of HOSU, a Michelin Green Star restaurant. Inheriting HOSU’s philosophy of gathering local flavors and harmonizing Taiwanese terroir, Apricot Moon River is a continuation of that journey—each creation a glimmer from years of deep exploration into Taiwan’s native bounty.

Rooted in the essence of Taiwanese indigenous spices and traditional pastry inspirations, Lunariver is guided by a distinctly feminine approach—gentle, fluid, and all-embracing. With refined French patisserie techniques, chef Jade crafts unique and evocative flavor combinations that are both familiar and new.
